The Wa High Court Presided by his Lordship Osei-Wusu Antwi has on 11th of June 2026 given room to Lawyer Paul Bewel to Cross examine
the Investigation Officer in charge of a Murder Case involving the Republic vs Isaac Anaatakang and Abdul Halim Yahaya.

Some video Evidence and confessions were deliberated upon in Court.

More cross-examinations are scheduled for next adjourned dates which are 24th and 25th of June 2026. During the Impending cross-examination, Lawyer of First Accused is expected to Cross examine the investigation Officer before the court can proceed with further Deliberations ahead Final Judgement.

Late Mutala Tendana was Reportedly murdered in his room at Suuriyiri, a Suburb of Wa in April 2024, the Issue was sent to the Wa Magistrate Court for Deliberation and later transmitted to Wa High Court for Trial.
