Wa East District Chief Executive, Hon, Adamu Sayibu(DCE) has supported PWDs with various Logistics including Motor Bikes, Refrigerators, laptops, Cheques and many others to enable them have a responsive life style.
The Distribution was at the Forecourt of Wa East District Assembly in Funsi on Friday, 26th of September 2026.

The beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the opportunity given an appealed to the District Assembly for their continues support to the Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the Wa East District.

Wa East District was established in 2004 and has since then faced several developmental Setbacks including lack of Accessible and interconnected roads, Absence of Electricity in some communities including Dupare, Halimboi Jikpe, Challenges in accessing water at Bule No. 2 in Kulpong Electoral Area.
