A Former NPP Regional Vice Chairman who is Currently The Upper West Regional Minister, Dr.Hafiz Bin Salih called for unity among upper westerners despite their political differences in the region.

He said there are 3 major spoken languages in the upper west region namely,Wale,Dagaare and Sisaali however, this should not separate us because we are all one people with common destiny (Te gyaabonyen la)
He added,”one can not differentiate between the blood of a Dagao and that of a Sisaalo nor a Waalo”so we should come together as people for the development of the region.

He admonished the youth of today to desist from politics of insults as that will not help them in future.

He added that,upper westerners should unite after elections devoid of partisan politics for development.
He said this in Jirapa during the official launch of Jirapa FM on 4th March,2023
