Some Residents of Gbanko Electoral Area in the Nadowli-Kaleo District have expressed worry with the state of some parts of a major road within their Community.

According to the Residents, some deadly potholes located 100 meters from the community are likely to cause accidents and result in loss of lives and property if not fixed.

The pot holes have worsened the state of the road making it a cause for alarm.

Speaking to the Assembly Member, Hon. Simon Mwinpuoba, he indicated that the road is a major ECOWAS road that generates revenue for the country and the Nadowli-Kaleo District and as a result needs the attention of Authorities.

Some Highway Officials have begun fixing roads in the Wa Municipality but yet to move to Nadowli-Kaleo.
