CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL ASPIRANTS FOR SUCCESSFULLY FILING THEIR
NOMINATIONS
The Upper West Regional Communication Bureau of the National Democratic Congress
wishes to use this medium to applaud and congratulate all those who have successfully filed their nominations to contest the upcoming 13th May, 2023 Parliamentary Primaries.
NDC as a Social Democratic Party over the years, have always carried and conducted its elections under a peaceful atmosphere. We therefore wish to use this opportunity to appeal to all aspirants and their supporters to continue to guard against intemperate language and conduct themselves very well before, during and after the primaries, so that at the end of it all,
we can still come together and NDC will be the ultimate beneficiary.

We are not oblivious of the fact that, we will need each other after the primaries so that we can collectively wrestle power from the clueless and inept NPP government. We cannot afford to disappoint the teaming masses who are yearning for the NDC to come back to power to rescue this country from a ditch and also continue with its good works, especially those in the UWR.

To be able to prosecute the agenda of winning all the eleven seats in the UWR, we will need all hands-on deck and this cannot be done with a divided front.

We are optimistic that, if we are able to carry ourselves well and put our individual interests aside, the NDC will win all the eleven seats in the UWR.

In all the eleven Constituencies of the UWR, a total number of thirty-one people picked up nomination forms and thirty people were able to file as at the close of yesterday. One Mr.
Fatawu Mwinbangera Saandong from the Nadowli Constituency, who picked nomination forms, could not file thereby bringing the number to thirty.
