Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council was Fourth with an Overall Rating of 91.78
Oti Regional Coordinating Council was Fifth with an Overall Rating of 83.58
Ahafo Regional Coordinating Council was Sixth with an Overall Rating of 83.50.
Central Regional Coordinating Council was Seventh with an Overall Rating of 75.63
Western Regional Coordinating Council was Eighth with an Overall Rating of 71.60
Western North Regional Coordinating Council was Nineth with an Overall Rating of 71.50
Nothern Regional Coordinating Council was Tenth with an Overall Rating of 67.25
