The Sissala West District has been captured in the 2021 Auditor Generals Report for issues of unaccountability.

The Reports Details that the Sissala West District Cannot Account for 6 GCRs/Market Tickets from 6 Ticket Collectors Worth Ghc3,625.

Also the Lambussie District Assembly Cannot Account for 14 Marker tickets from one collector of the Assembly valued at Ghc1,000.
The Auditor General recommended that, Management of the two assemblies should recover the GH¢4,625.00 into the assemblies Account.

The Auditor General’s Statement

Revenue Not Accounted for – GH¢4,625.00.

This could lead to loss of funds to the Assembly thereby depriving it of the
needed resources for its developmental programmes.
