Final Funeral Rite of The Late Former Bishop of Wa, Cardinal Baawobr has been finalized today, 12th January 2023.

Several Dignitaries were at the Funeral Grounds in Wa Including some foreign Sympathizers with the Catholic Faith.

During the Funeral Ceremony, President of the Republic Donated Ghc100,000, Former President of Ghana Donated Ghc10,000 whilst the Second Deputy Speaker Donated Ghc50,000.

Cardinal Richard Baawobr was Ordained in 2016 and Passed on in 2022. He was succeeded by Very Reverend Father Edwin B. Tengan till a new a New Bishop is ordained.
