The Ghana Police Service will be auctioning Motorbikes and other items Seized within the 2022 Service and Surveillance year without their owners showing up.
The Development was made known in a letter dated 30th December 2022 by Chief Inspector Gideon Ohene Boateng, Upper West Regional Public Relations Officer of Ghana Police Service.
Statement
The Upper West Regional Police Command announces for the information of the general public that, it will embark on auction sale of a number of unclaimed and abandoned vehicles, motorbikes and bicycles.
The above exercise became necessary due to the congestion caused by
these unclaimed and abandoned machines across Police premises in the Upper West Region.
The exercise is scheduled to commence from 5h January, 2023 at 10:00am at the Regional Police Headquarters/Wa and continue through the other Districts.
The Command anticipates your usual cooperation during the exercise.
