We Want Change at the ‘Top’ – NDC Wa Branch Executives

Some Branch executives in Wa central constituency have disclosed to Upperwestmedia.net their intention to change the previous leadership due to alleged poor performance.

The group of executives who wish to be undisclosed for security reasons suggested the results they acquired in the 2016 elections was as a result of the nonchalant executives who thought of themselves only without considering the grassroots.

Other opinions brought out suggested the executive positions which were usually given to elders would get a change this year because they suggested the elders were not meeting the demands of the party lately. They encouraged young members to partake in party affairs in order to ginger the party for the tasks ahead.

There was an allegation lately after the constituency balloting which took place on 20th May 2018. The party was accused of engineering a plot for previous executives to pick a ballot number 1 which was easy to identify and vote for during elections but the secretariat has denied the allegations claiming Tuorimuo Elvis Philip who is hoping to be the youth organizer picked 1 as his number but is not a member of the previous executives.
The NDC constituency elections is slated for 23rd June 2018.
