Some Party members have been suspended in the Sissala West constituency over misconduct.

the seven members according to the constituency secretariat campaigned against the party’s Parliamentary candidate, Nalwie Baluwie who lost to Mohammed Sukparu of the National Democratic Congress(NDC).

persons from the New Patriotic Party

(NPP) pending the final outcome of the

disciplinary processes which have

commenced against them on grounds of

misconduct as petitioned by concerned

party members to the Constituency

Disciplinary Committee. ”

This is in line with Article 3 (7, 1) of the partys constitution which states, “A member

may be suspended from membership of the party, or holding any office in the party, pending an enquiry into his or her conduct by a Disciplinary Committee.
