Some Residents of Charisaa in the Nadowli-Kaleo District have called for the Government and Benevolent individuals to come to their aid as they suffer to access enough water.
According to a young man by name Appiah Sampson from Charisaa, he stated that the boreholes in their community are few with some broken down due to pressure on them.
He added that they have no jobs as some youth are into construction business which is the most common in the community. He continued that most people have home into the business of construction, reducing how lucrative it used to be. Sampson attributed the halt in galamsey activities as one reason behind idleness on the apart of most youth in Charisaan.
He called for the Nadowli-Kaleo Assembly headed by Madam Katherine Lankono to come to their aid.
Charisaa is meters away from Charikpong in the the Nadowli-Kaleo District.
