Some Group of Aggrieved students have pelted stones at Teachers of Limanyiri Model JHS in the Wa Metropolis as at 11am on Thursday, 9th October 2025 for being denied entry into new classes.

These frustrated students who loiter about in school and Opting not to stay in their former classes have chosen to sit on walls of the school to insight peers against teachers.

Some teachers resorted to punish these recalcitrant students from Sections of kumbiehi, Tagirayiri and are fond of absenting themselves from classes.

The Punishment according to teachers is to determine them from influencing other students but their peers who were outside the school’s Premises pelted stones in protest against the punishment meted out on their friends by teachers.

The Teachers have since Reported the issue to higher authorities including the Wa Metropolitan Public Relations office of Ghana Education Service to intervene.
