Training of revenue Collectors.
The revenue collection program aimed to enhance the skills of revenue officers in the Wa municipality. The program covered topics such as tax laws, audit procedures, and customer service.
Training objectives.
-To equip revenue officers with knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
– To improve audit and investigation skills
-Enhance customer service and communication skills.
