Late Jontong Naa Mutala Tebdana’s Demise at Suuriyiri in the Wa Metropolis back in April 2024 is being tried in the Wa High Court and three Principal Witnesses have have mounted the witness box so far.

The Investigator has today, Wednesday 6th May 2026 been called been called upon to liu the Witness box and he has since released evidence to the Court for further deliberations by the court. Amongs these items tendered in court were weapons including a Kodgel, Knife and a letter left at the Deceased residence after he was murdered.

• Kodgel with blood stains found near the House of the Deceased
• Bread Knife found at the Doorstep of the Deceased
• Some confession videos of the A, Accused person were taken during CID’s investigation

He retrieved itemized bills of phone communications from the Telcos of the Two Accused Persons

So far Three witnesses have been cross examined whilst one other which is the Investigator is being examined today, Wednesday, 6th May 2026.

A fifth witness(Pathologist) shall also be crossed examined according to close sources at the Wa High Court before the Suspects will submit witnesses.
