A young tricycle rider and a husband of Two has Reportedly been Butchered whilst traveling on the Ga- Wechiau Road in Wa West District of Upper West Region according to reports we received early hours of today, 9th August – 2026.

According to sources, the tricycle rider was ordered to hand his new tricycle over to Miscreants who pounced on him along the road, the victim resisted resulting in the attackers resorting to a Cutlass, butchering the tricycle rider instantly.

The incident occured on the 1st of August 2026 according to Regional Public Relations Officer of Ghana Police Service, Sargeant Rashid.
