Wa: 400 Bed DHLTU Students’ Hostel Project Could Miss Completion Deadline
A 400 Bed Hostel Project of Dr Hilla Limann Technical University could miss Completion Deadline as Project is at Pillar Stage with Just 10 Months Outstanding.
The Project Was Awarded in October by Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) with a Sod Cutting Ceremony Held in October, The Project Begun on the 23rd of October 2025.
During the Sod Cutting Ceremony, the Upper West Regional Minister Lawyer Charles Lwanga Puozuing pledged a timely completion of the Project noting that, the Project is expected to be completed in two years.
Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Hamidatu Darimani was optimistic that the Project would bridge the Accommodation gabs in the University.
Project Supervisor, Mr. Francis Kusi Aboagye spoke with Upper West Media Team on Monday, 18th August 2026.
He stated that the the project is going on smoothly but declined giving further details, he directed Upper West Media Team to The Public Relations Office of GTEC.
