An Award Winning Songstress from Funsi in the Upper West Region, who doubles as Brand Ambassador under the Ministry of Culture and Creative Arts, Noella Wiyaala has made a U-Turn After previously issuing a statement on her Facebook wall on the 21st of August 2026, Demanding for Roads in Funsi to be fixed.

She questioned why they weren’t benefiting from their share of the national cake.

“We the people of Funsi have been tolerating some stomach MPs for too long ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Where is our share of the national cake?

#ROADS”

Meanwhile, the Musician cum ambassador has returned to Facebook to issue a statement countering her previous demand for roads to be fixed indicating she had a close discussion with the law maker of Wa East, Dr Godfred Seidu Jasaw concerning the issue.

Wiyaala pledged to delete her earlier post about the state of roads in Wa East and has since deleted the post after issuing the following statement:

Wa East District has a major Big Push project awarded to Messrs Astee Ltd, extending from Yaala to Bulenga, a Ghc1.5 milion SOCO road project was also awarded in Funsi Town and was supervised by former DCE, Hon. Ewurah Sulemana Kandia, However the road project wasn’t completed before he left office.
