Speaking on Bongara Program Hosted by Nuhu Sualah on Thursday, 17th of September 2026, Hon James Wor, District Chief Executive of Daffiama-Bussie-Issa District (DBI) expressed confidence that the Yet to be Completed Issa STEM School Project will improve the Educational Fortunes of the District during a One on One Media Engagement about fortunes of the District.

Statement

In the Daffiama-Bussie-Issa District, there is a STEM School Project ongoing, maths/science biased School, if you see the design, if the project is completed it will be the first of it’s kind in the Region, if the school is completed I’ll be a happy man because it’s a magnificent project coming with a very huge cost, the day I went for the Sod Cutting Ceremony, I told myself that is the single largest investment any government has ever done in DBI, that school costs more than 76 million Ghana Cedis. The contractor is doing well, I’m impressed with his work, quality work being done at Issa.

Findings have revealed that the STEM School Project was lobbied for by Director of Operations at the National Security Secretariat, Mr. Richard Jakpa.
