Residents of Nyoli have been set aback by devastating news of suicide in the Business Community located along the N12 Road in Upper West Region.

Dari C. James from Kunyileyiri in the Wa West District Reportedly Committed Suicide on Top of a Rock close to Nyoli on Friday, 25th September 2026.

Information we had from The Unit Committee Member, Mr. Thomas Tagengnoba, he explained that the Victim, A Postgraduate student of University of Ghana has always behaved in ways that were alarming including isolating himself from the Public and locking himself in his room.

He added that at about 9pm on Friday, 25th September 2026 Dari left home and he could not be traced, his Motorbike was found close to the crime scene and search by some youth discovered his lifeless body.

The police has investigated the issue and taken some reports for further probes.

He was buried on Saturday, 26th September 2026.
