A well known Nigerian Comedian received an honorary Chieftaincy Title on the 24th of September 2026 from Paramount Chief of Jirapa, Naa Dinaa Donglabong III.

Parrot Mouth was Enskinned as Development Communication Chief, a Title that seeks to empower him to communicate and project the good works and issues of Jirapa to investors on Social Media.

Comedian Parrot Mouth Engaged with the Media on Wednesday, 24th and 25th September 2026, before and after the Launch of Anwelle Foundation.

He Encouraged investors to emulate the strategies of Mr. Frank Anwelle in order for the Region to achieve significant development by investing back in their communities.

The Anwelle Foundation, a foundation based in Jirapa in the Upper West Region of Ghana was launched on Friday, September 25, 2026 in Jirapa at the Royal Cosy Hills Hotel.

The founder and CEO of the Anwelle Foundation, Frank Anwelle, this evening led a high-level delegation on a courtesy call to the Paramount Chief of Jirapa, Naa Justice Donglabong Dinaa Ganaa III, ahead of the foundation’s grand launch scheduled for Friday, 25 September 2026.

The delegation, which included board members, friends of the foundation, and Liberia’s Special Envoy for Trade and Investment, His Excellency Daniel N. Koluba, sought to formally introduce the visitors—especially the Liberian contingent—to the traditional leadership of Jirapa.

Receiving the group, Naa Justice Donglabong Dinaa Ganaa III welcomed the delegation and pledged his unflinching support for the foundation’s programmes in the municipality. He described Frank Anwelle as a visionary leader whose work echoes the legacy of the late Eric Johnson, the celebrated entrepreneur and CEO of Royal Cozy Hills Hotel, who was also an illustrious son of Jirapa.

The Anwelle Foundation’s grand launch drew stakeholders from Ghana and the subregion as the organisation positions itself as a key player in community development, trade, and investment promotion across the Upper West Region and beyond.
