Member of Parliament Jirapa, Mr. Cletus Seidu Dapilah

The Member of Parliament for Jirapa Constituency,  Mr. Cletus Seidu Dapilah has urged his constituents to get counted by actively partaking in the 2021 census exercise.

“As the 2021 Population and Housing Census rolls out after Census Night yesterday 27th June, 2021, I implore all inhabitants and citizens of the Jirapa Constituency/ District to avail yourselves and show keen interest in this all important exercise.

The essence of a population census must never be lost on us as it forms the basis for development planning and resource allocation.

The data from this exercise will go a long way to determine what resources are allocated to our district as well as the kind of interventions to be initiated for the improvement of the living conditions of the people of the Jirapa Constituency.

I therefore entreat passionately for all of us to give the census officers all the necessary co-operation and offer the best accurate responses that will elicit the true demographics of the Constituency.”
