With high concerns of election irregularities in Nigeria; disputed elections in Cod Ivoire and Togo and the return of the decade of coup d’ et at experience in Burkina Faso, Mali, Chard, Guinea Bissau. Ghana’s democratic achievement remains enviable in the sub-region. The rise in Militia in the West African sub-region is also a test of the fact that Ghana’s governance system is yielding dividends. From the election petition in 2012 to another election petition in 2016 is an indication Ghana’s political institutions and systems are well nurtured.
