The Managing Director of City Waste Recycling Limited Madam Vivian Ahiayibor inaugurated New Branch Plant in Catholic Diocese of Wa to transform Waste into Valuable Resources.
In a groundbreaking move, the managing director of City Waste Recycling Limited, Madam Vivian, proudly inaugurated a new branch plant machines in the Catholic Diocese of Wa. In a speech delivered by her, Madam Vivian emphasized the importance of changing human perspective on waste as it should not be seen as insignificant, but rather as a Momentous resource.

City Waste Recycling Limited has been a leading player in the waste management industry for years in Ghana and their latest venture in the Catholic Diocese of Wa marks an exciting new chapter. Madam Vivian shared that the company has been actively collaborating with the youth in Wa to decrease littering and promote responsible waste disposal in the communities.
But their efforts don’t stop there. City Waste Recycling and Caritas Ghana has partnered with the Catholic Diocese of Wa to establish a recycling unit to process the plastic waste found in the environment. This initiative not only aims to reduce waste in the region but also promotes a circular economy a system where resources are reused and recycled, rather than discarded she said.

She stated that, one of the primary goals of this project is to create employment opportunities for the local communities by engaging with the Catholic Church of Wa, City Waste Recycling is tapping into a vast network of Catholic churches and schools which includes Wa, providing the necessary training and equipment for waste management and recycling. This will not only help to clean up the environment but also empower individuals and boost the local economy. Madam Vivian, also shared her excitement for this new venture and the positive impact it will have on the environment and the community. She urged everyone to see waste as a valuable resource and join in the efforts towards a cleaner and more sustainable future.
