Amidu Chinnia has thrown light on the life he lives currently after Active Politics.

Speaking in an Interview with Radford FM Today, 1st January 2026, He Stated Emphatically that he has chosen the path of Agriculture after Losing the 2024 Parliamentary Elections to Mr. Issa Bataglia of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

“Following my defeat in 2024, I have dedicated myself to farming and have been living a private life.”

The Former Member of Parliament alaos advocated for More Parliamentary terms for Members of Parliament Elected in the Area explain that the Usual one Term allowed by Voters won’t yield sufficient results for the Constituency.

“It is beneficial to retain Members of Parliament for three to four terms; however, Honorable Issah Mohammed Bataglia advocates for a single term and should be granted one term. Conversely, if a Member of Parliament from the NPP is elected, they should be afforded three to four terms”.

The Sissala East Constituency is known for Voting Out Non performing Lawmakers after every four Year Term.

Mohammed Issah Bataglia (NDC) – 21,621 66.71%
Issahaku Amidu Chinnia (NPP) – 10,789 33.29%
