A Renowned Broadcast Journalist and Computer Engineer has been Declared Winner of The Law Students Union Elections of University of Business and Integrated Development Studies in Wa Held on Wednesday, 23rd April 2026.

Mr. Tinus contested with Sotaa M. Ophelia as Running Mate against Mr. David Lierekuma Kyengbe.

Tinus Tuozie Polled 311 Votes which represents 62% whilst David Polled 192 representing 38% of the total Valid Votes.

Mr. Tinus has expressed Gratitude to his Supporters and members of the Law Students Union for the Endorsement. He pledged to go by the promises he outlined to Voter ahead of the Elections.

Mr. Wilson Dery was also Voted as Secretary with 351 Votes making 70% as Against Mr. Gideon Nkuchando Tibrum who Polled 152 Votes Representing 30%.

Mr. Peter Nilimor Bekiyemen was voted as Public Relations Officer with 338 Votes Representing 67% against Owusu Afriyie who Polled 165 Votes Representing 33%.

Total Number of Votes for the Elections was 503.
