Concerned citizens of Upper West have today 16th of May 2026 Toured the Bulenga-Katua Road under the big bush project.

The group led by Mr. Yussif Baba, CEO of Bahass Foundation, stopped at several areas including Bulenga to assess levels of work going on along the road.

The team met with a site engineer by name Eric Osei who assured that work is going on grievously, assuring that work would be completed sooner than the 24-month assigned the contractor.

The Engineer of Astee Company Ltd also indicated that due to the nature of the Land more works needed to be done before the road can be tired, his response came after the concerned Youth questioned why the 40 km road wasn’t tarred after it was awarded.

the team has set aside a new date to tour the Tumu to Navrongo road and also the Lawra to Hain Road to ascertain the level of work being carried out on those portions.
