Business is a key thing several people have much interest  within the upper west region, most go for loans to rent shop at exorbitant rates by major roads to carryout their dream businesses.

There are five businesses you don’t need a shop to operate:

1. Selling Accessories like TV, Fridges, Gas Cookers, Washing Machines, Burners etc. Get a Large Room as a storeroom somewhere and keep those item, that’s what you need . Afterwards, take pictures and use social media to advertise, however you can also hire a tricycle or an urvan,  carry those item to offices of some public sector workers and release them on hire purchase at a fee rather than  losing at a rented shop in town.
2. Boutique/Smocks: People Prefer affordable prices lately, just get a big wardrobe and put those clothes in, take out a few of them, get nice photographs and make good use of whatsapp groups and statuses, people hardly roam around lately because of high cost of fuel, traffic and social media.  Not owning a shop will also save you from unnecessary levies.
3. Drinking Spot: These should be private and quiet places that should not be located by the roadside, people still prefer some level of privacy despite sitting to relax and have a drink, it’s better to get a quite midland area that is still developing with fewer numbers because people are willing to move to far areas with some level of privacy and secrecy for refreshment than busy areas by the roadside.
4. Mechanic or Engineering Workshop: This doesn’t need to be by the roadside, one shouldn’t wait for his or her bike to completely breakdown before getting a mechanic to work on it, it all boils down to attitude, so setting up your mechanic shop by the roadside isn’t the major breakthrough, the quality of works and engineering advise counts, some engineers per research extort or steal fuel from bike owners, remove some important engine parts of vehicle owners and replace them with substandard ones, a practice that should stop however setting up an engineering workshop away from the roadside can still earn you money once you’re good at the work, people travel to Wa magazine and proceed into the inner circles to trace reliable mechanics. Some mechanics travel to other areas to fix machines on contract
5. Timber/Furniture: Selling  Timber or Furniture works in Busy places isn’t a guarantee you’ll earn big, just use social media and you’re good to go, get into whatsapp groups, tiktok and take videos, indicate affordable prices with phone numbers and people outside your district or region will order for them.
