The NDC Communications Officer of NDC, Wa Central Constituency has been cautioned and Granted Bail together with four others on 24th of October 2026 after police made an arrest at Wa Technical Institute Today during Constituency Elections voting process.

In an interview granted by Sungmaale Fm at Wa Technical Institute, Mr Tando indicated that big men from the NDC Visited the Wa Police Station to Grant arrested persons bail after arrests were made at the Voting center.

“I was granted bail, but I won’t call it bail, they cautioned me but the others were granted Bail, I didn’t go against electoral process as it’s being purported” Mumuni Mohammed Tando (NDC Communications Officer of Wa Central) stated.

Mr Tando also condemned a Report by Home Radio publishing that he was arrested at the Voting Center for Taking photographs of Ballots.

He refered to the report as untrue during an Interview with Nuhu Sualah of Sungmaale FM.
