The Wa-Tumu-Navrongo and Wa-Sawla-Wenchi Roads were Awarded in November 2025 by President John Dramani Mahama.

• Work is Going on From Sabuli to Nindowaala. Sabuli to Ping is Tarred(Bitumen)
• Ping to Hain isn’t Tarred as at 20th – April 2025
• Gravel has been spread from Sabuli to Nindowaala
• Sabuli to Wa Stretch isn’t being worked on Yet as at 20th – April 2026. It stretches through four Constituencies including Wa, Nadowli-Kaleo, Daffiama-Bussie-Issa and Jirapa.
• P&W Ghanem is ok Site working on Sabuli to Nindowaala Stretch
• Mawums Ltd is on site, working on Tumu to Navrongo Stretch. It’s a 47km Stretch.
• Juli Jay (Contractor) is yet to return to site after taking a Break on works from Lawra to Hain Stretch. It’s a 70km Road.
• Messrs Meripoma Enterprise is yet begin Major works on the Sawla to Wa Stretch (Asphalt Project). It’s a 100km Road.
• Wa-Bulenga Yaala Road Project is progressing smoothly despite rains washing away Kendeh-Katuah Stretch located after Bulenga in Wa East District.
• Hamile-Gwollu-Tumu Road is yet to get a major Attention from it’s contractor.
